Orders placed on Saturdays after 11AM & Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
During Big Sales such as Black Friday, Ramadan & Eid and other Holiday Sales - some orders might be shipped within a month.
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks from the order date for making/preparation time until we hand your items to our carrier for shipping as all of our products handcrafted.
Most of the orders are fulfilled within 2-18 business days (except Sunday).
For the products in stock it will be delivered next day within UAE (cut out time is 11AM), 4 working days across GCC, up to 7 working days for the International orders.

UAE: Next-day delivery for in-stock items (order before 12 pm).
GCC Countries: 3-4 business days.
International (Rest of the World): 4-5 business days via DHL.
If the bag is not in stock, since it’s handmade, it can take up to 3 weeks to dispatch. After dispatch, delivery follows the timelines above. You can always check the bag's availability on the product page.
