At Selomenika, each piece is handcrafted and made to order, ensuring exceptional quality and uniqueness.Please find more details on our return and exchange process below to ensure a smooth experience.

 

Exchange Policy: We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you change your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

*Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

*Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

*If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item.

*We offer exchanges if an item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Refunds:

*Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

*Non-sale items qualify for a refund with no questions asked.

*Non-sale items can also be returned for store credit, giving you the flexibility to choose another piece you love.

 

Once an order is confirmed, it moves into production, and cancellations are not possible. This is because every item is individually crafted with care and precision.

 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

 

To start a return&exchange, you can contact us at info@selomenika.com Once you have started your return process, courier will pick up the item from your doorstep. Shipping cost for returns and exchanges belongs to customer which is AED40 within UAE, AED80 for GCC Countries, AED100 for other countries.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@selomenika.com.

 

International  shipping charges(including exchanges)customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@selomenika.com , we will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

 

Damages & Issues

We understand that shipping mishaps can occur, and we’re here to help. If your order arrives with any defects or damage:

  • Contact us at info@selomenika.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the defect and packaging.
  • We will promptly assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Please note: Colors may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting, and screen resolution. These variations do not qualify as defects, and return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense if attempted.
